After you have paid your security deposit, any fees applicable and that all important first months rent, it’s time for the fun part: move in to your new home!
Fill out and return the Move-In/Move Out Inspection Worksheet. Details are important. This is a protection for you at the end of your tenancy. Note that this is not a request for repairs, but simply denoting the condition of the property when you took possession.
If you do have any maintenance requests, they must be submitted in writing via email or on our Maintenance Request page. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for scheduling the repair. Usually, we try to make repairs within 5-7 business days.
After 7 days of occupancy, stopped up drains, cracked or broken glass, or damaged screens are the responsibility of the tenant.
